The CSI 9420 Wireless Vibration Transmitter connects quickly and easily to any machine to deliver vibration information over a highly-reliable, self-organising Smart Wireless network. Designed to measure overall vibration and temperature, the CSI 9420 includes Emerson’s patented PeakVue technology that detects transient stress waves and determines fault severity.

Wireless Vibration Transmitters
The starter kit comes with 5 devices as standard with the opportunity to add additional devices. Each WirelessHART™ CSI 9420 comes with a LCD screen and 2 armoured low powered accelerometers fully certified for ATEX zone 2.
Smart Wireless Gateway A secure, robust Smart Wireless Gateway communicates between the WirelessHART devices and AMS Suite.
Predictive Diagnostics Software AMS® Suite: Intelligent Device Manager delivers the predictive diagnostics from the CSI 9420 in a graphical, easy-to-use format. AMS Device Manager will come with Server Plus Station, Wireless Interface, and 1 year of technical Foundation Support.
Wireless Network Planning Application The AMS® Wireless SNAP-ON™ application provides additional value to manage, plan, and troubleshoot your wireless network.
Services Emerson’s SmartStart™ Services experts will install AMS Device Manager and connect to the Smart Wireless Gateway to get your wireless network up and running.
What if I already have part of this Starter Kit?
You are already on the way to experiencing the power of wireless! If you already have the Smart Wireless Gateway, AMS Wireless SNAP-ON, or AMS Device Manager, we can deduct them from your Starter Kit package. AMS Device Manager users must upgrade to version 10.1 or higher to support WirelessHART devices.
