As part of Emerson's Smart Wireless solutions, the CSI 9420 Wireless Vibration Transmitter connects quickly and easily to any machine. Delivering vibration information over a highly-reliable, self-organising Smart Wireless network, for use by operations and maintenance personnel, the CSI 9420 provides reliability with advanced accuracy for all installations.
The CSI 9420 can be configured for a variety of low-power accelerometer sensor input options including one accelerometer, one accelerometer with embedded temperature, or two accelerometers. These provide an overall measurement of vibration (Velocity) and include Emerson’s patented PeakVue™ technology for advanced bearing and gear diagnostics.
Configure and Diagnose with AMS Suite
Configuration, diagnostics and alerts are imported into AMS® Suite: Intelligent Device Manager. Vibration data is also available in data historians or any control system for trending and analysis with other process parameters.
